NEB 6500 Atc FEATURES

The NEB 6500 AtC consists of two parts:
the first is the machine body that is placed inside the cold room and humidifies it when needed.
The second is the control panel which is placed outside the cold room and which contains all the devices necessary for the operation of the humidifier, as well as electrical connections and the humidistat connection (if present). In this way the only component in motion, and therefore subject to wearing inside the cold room, is the electrical motor. The electrical motor, which drives the nebulization disk, is very well protected from external agents and therefore very reliable. The machine can also be equipped with resistance to operate at low temperatures. From the control panel it is possible to manually adjust the capacity and this allows to adapt the humidifier from time to time to the real humidification needs required by the specific field of use. In addition, to make the installation process as smooth as possible, the hydraulic connections between the machine and the panel are made with quick coupling connections: it is sufficient to push the hose into the fitting to obtain a perfect and long-lasting sealing junction. Another very important feature is the total water discharge, both of the loading circuit and the discharge circuit, as well as of the inner tray, at the end of each humidification cycle. The emptying takes place automatically and ensures that at the restart of the machine no stagnant water is sprayed but only fresh water coming from the loading circuit. This machine therefore represents an effective and economical solution for humidification of cold rooms with a controlled atmosphere, also ensuring maximum operating safety. The machine is supplied complete with accessories for wall or suspended installation.

“DOUBLE” CONFIGURATION

It is possible to connect two nebulizing units with the same power and control panel; in this way the system reaches a capacity of 13 L/hour, suitable for larger rooms.

SIMPLICITY AND PERFORMANCE

These adiabatic humidifiers are designed to be easy to install, to control and to clean; they are equipped with an air filter that reduces the frequency of maintenance and help to keep the efficiency of the device at an high level. The units can be installed on the wall or hanging from the ceiling of the cold room, all the necessary brackets are supplied as standard.

SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY

These devices effectively counteract the problem related to the formation of mold and bacteria in stagnant water: the water container, which fills during operation, is extremely small in size (about a glass) and is automatically emptied when the machine stops minimizing the amount of water that remains inside the device. In addition, the small size of the water tray allows a very rapid replacement of sprayed water ensuring the nebulization into the environment of always fresh and clean water.

LOW COSTS

These adiabatic humidifiers are extremely simple, have low installation, operating and maintenance costs, ensure prolonged operation without the need for important interventions for a long period of time. They can work with both normal water net tap water and demineralized water.
